Acceptance

By using the Udeha website, diagnostic funnel, or mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Udeha provides a self-guided mindset and productivity program, including a diagnostic that produces a personalized result and curriculum. The Service is an educational and self-development tool. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services. See our Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Your private journal and reflective entries belong to you and are stored encrypted on your device — they are not uploaded to us, which also means we cannot restore them if you lose the device or delete the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law.

Purchases

Paid courses are one-time purchases, described at the point of purchase including price and what is included. They are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms. Statutory consumer-protection and withdrawal rights apply as required by law; a purchase unlocks digital content immediately, which may limit the right of withdrawal where the law permits that.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its curriculum, text, and design, is owned by Udeha and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own self-development. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the curriculum.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may retire parts of the Service; where a change materially affects something you have paid for, we will tell you.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Udeha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; the effective date is shown as "last updated" above. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, and you may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
